TrainingInformed franchisees are an important part of a franchise's success, and our training programs were designed for just that reason.
10-Day Training Class
This course consists of both classroom and hands-on training. Training classes are available in our training center at SEEK University in Grafton, Wisconsin.
On-Site Training
We also provide training for your initial team during the first week of your franchise's opening.
To assist you in the site selection process, we review your proposed site's demographics and specific characteristics of that area with a physical on-site review, and compare those metrics against our site selection criteria.
Building and DesignOur approved supplier of general contractor services, Park Avenue Development, Inc., provides site layouts and prototype building plans. Park Avenue will assist you as you work to modify these plans to suit local requirements, while maintaining the integrity of the SEEK brand. They will also help you with all furniture and fixture selections. Park Avenue Development team members will be available during the construction process to answer questions.
MarketingContinuous integrated advertising, marketing and promotional campaigns with fresh looks are available for all franchisees.
Operational SupportOur approved supplier, TriCom Inc., provides financing and processing of payroll for all temporary associates, along with invoicing of customers, handling of all related payroll reporting and filing of W2's. Our approved supplier TechSquad, LLC's, technical support center has the availability of a 24/7 help desk. Additionally, we provide front and back office software and systems.
