What type of franchise is available?
Single unit SEEK Franchises are awarded to qualified candidates

What is the initial franchise fee?
Each franchisee currently pays a franchise fee of $30,000 to acquire its SEEK Franchise for a 10-year term. The initial franchise fee for subsequent franchises currently is $24,000.

What is the current charge for a continuing monthly royalty fee?
20% of gross margin dollars, due on a weekly basis.

Do I have to work in the franchise?
Yes. We are an owner/operator franchise system. At least one partner has to maintain a 51% ownership and must be involved full-time in day-to-day operations of the business.

What about advertising?
Building SEEK’s brand recognition and reputation is an essential ongoing objective that benefits everyone. For this purpose, each franchisee currently contributes 0.5% of its monthly gross sales to the National Advertising Fund. Franchisees also must spend at least 1.5% of their gross sales during each calendar year on advertising and promotional activities in their local geographic area.

Does SEEK help with site selection?
Yes. You will be provided with advice for selecting a site for the franchised location that meets our site criteria; however, you ultimately decide whether a specific site is right for you.

What size specifications are required for a SEEK franchise location?
You will be offered a variety of building prototypes, with building requirements of approximately 2,200 square feet.

Must I buy equipment and other products from you?
Although you will not purchase equipment or other products directly through us, all necessary equipment and other products will be purchased through our approved independent dealers and distributors, based on specifications that we provide.

Do I receive training by SEEK?
Yes. All franchisees must complete an intense 10-day training program.

Do I receive assistance in opening my SEEK franchise location?
Yes. A SEEK opening team will work with you during the first week of operations.
